The course provides physically and emotionally challenging activities and allows for focused reflection after each activity with our trained facilitators. Guests are permitted to carry an opaque bag, measuring no larger than 6” x 6” x 6” (small sized handbag) and/or a clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (in their natural state, such as a ziplock gallon freezer bag).
