Rc Crawler Course Ideas - Has anyone ever considered using paper/cardboard egg flats turn upside down as a crawling course material? I've seen the course pieces offered by losi and these look to be a good substitute and a lot cheaper. When melted, the foam turns hard and makes for good traction. Given that concrete is out, you might consider some pavers to mellow out some of the harder lines. What really got me thinking about it, was the article in xom about the concrete course they made. I have been searching around for ideas and materials for making scale courses and just thought id throw em out there for all to see. Aside from having fun, my sad little back yard crawler course gives me repeatable lines to run of varying difficulties, which allows me to judge the effects of my tuning. I Thought It'd Be Cool To Dig Some Holes And Pile Up Some Hills And Then Bring In Some Rocks And Turn It Into A Little Rc Crawler Course Suitable For Both Large And Small Crawlers.
